Talking it out is healthy as opposed to keeping them locked inside and proceeding with life gung ho style. Ignoring what one feels is not good and instead a concerted effort must be made in order to clarify those mixed emotions. This can be done with someone one is close to or alternatively seeking out a counselor of this nature to help with ongoing problems.

Feeling abandoned and lonely can leave one feeling that there is no purpose to life itself. These are not healthy ways in living life to its fullest and one should be aware that they are temporary ones that with a little tender loving care can be rectified. One should not feel alone in what one is feeling and expressing these feelings in an open and honest way does leave one feeling relieved and reconnected with a healthy path in life.

However, sometimes relationships cannot be repaired and it is at times like these where seeing a counselor is crucial in overcoming those mixed emotions experienced. The first one is anger where one feels betrayed and this finally gives way to hurt and in worst case scenarios, depression. It is important not to get to this final stage where depression can start to affect functionality.

There is hope and it is a call away. Find someone to confide in. Discussing how one feels is an important part of life rather than letting it lead to bad habits and an unhealthy feelings.
