Welding involves joining together of two separated parts through the production of a coalescence, which is most cases is called a weld. Another major area in health fusing has been on implantable devices. These are devices that have the ability to incorporate electronics as well as sensors which require process control and the final product that are obviously second to none. This device must operate perfectly and also ensure that they have an aesthetic guarantee which really helps in sterilization so that it does not irritate the body tissues. For this medical application, it is advisable to use titanium alloy which is easy to weld through the use of hermetic seals and not laser welding because it has a low heat input.

Another method that is been applied in fusing is the TIG welding. This is a type of medical fusing which at times is referred to as an arc welding which is a process through which a fusion is induced between the tungsten and the work piece. An intensive heating of an electric arc is the done leading to forming of an inert gas around the area being weld which prevents oxidation taking place.

As the times go by, more and more experts in this medical welding industry are increasing with time especially in Zimmerman. This has made it more difficult for the majority of those in the medical arena to effectively choose a genuine expert. It is therefore always important to ask for an official license before doing a major transaction.
