Sin came to the world through two people. They were Adam and Eve. Since the first humans sinned, sin has increased in intensity all over the world. Presently, the whole world is engulfed in sin.
As much as there is sin, there is also grace. That means that no matter how grievous a sin is, it can be forgiven. There is simply no sin on earth that cannot be forgiven. Every human being has sinned and fallen short of the glory. There is no one who is perfect. There is need to repent of all sins.
After repenting, one needs to be baptized. This will involve total immersion into water. This can be the water of a lake, river, or a swimming pool. Before anything is done, the water will first need to be blessed by a pastor. One will enter into the water as an old creature and he will come out of it as a new person.
Baptism is not the end of the road. It marks the start of a brand new life. This should be a life of righteousness. The Christian journey is not easy in any way. There will be challenges along the way. Therefore, a believer needs to persist in prayer at all times. Prayer will unlock the doors that have been closed.
Scripture plays an important role in a church. A Christian congregation needs to be guided by the Holy Bible. This is the compass of a true believer. It is actually the light of his feet. Scripture never lies. It does not contradict itself. Instead, it is the sinful nature of humans that contradict the good and holy Biblical teachings.
