A leader should have a proper management of his time, because prioritizing those things that are necessary, it might just delay the work. Make sure as a leader, you know what is needed or necessary to be prioritize. Those urgent problem should be prioritize before making it worst. If it came worst it will affect the confidence of each member.

As a team leader you should support your fellow friend concern if it is helpful to the organization. Do not disappoint them instead support them into the fullest. Do not hesitate to scold members that have a hard head. Do not hire associates that will ruin the program or business, because investing a big value of money is not joke. Supporting a member is not easy, when it deals with wrong attitude and doings.

As a team leader it affiliates with a proper planning to make things easily and implement instructions. There is no leader that would not give instructions for each difficulty that a team is suffering. Make sure that the things could not complicate you members concern. Hesitation will ruin the plan and making it worst.

Motivate your people to do their work even faster. Instead of scolding them, try to invest time explaining what is right. As a team leader long your patience before scolding a member, so they will not make any doing that are not necessary to do. Give useful things to them that would motivate and inspire them.

In this certain matter, follow these advices to be more effective as a leader. Prevent using over power into them so they will not pass resignation. Without the help of your people it would turn bad things out. Make sure that every one of them are skilled and applicable to the given task.
