It will be a time of growth which can be a good thing, but it can also be painful if there is something that you have to work on that is difficult to face. Have the courage to face things even though it may be hard to do so. It will be worth it on the long run, but painful in the short-term.

Budget it into your regular budget and make sure you will have enough left over for your basic needs.

Looking in the mirror is not such a bad thing. Be brave as you do this. Do not be hard on yourself with what you may find.
