When you practice this introspection procedure, you will live currently and avoid being carried by hopes of having a bright future. It will let you start appreciating the life you are living today. It will as well enable you do things in the right way right from now so that your future will be better.

It cultivates the passion to love and be loved in you. If you used to malign others as a way to realize a feeling of superiority, you will start to see the negatives of such actions. So, your behavior will change and rather than talking ill of others, you would start appreciating them something that will make you be trusted and have more friends.

Putting blames on others when you face life challenges only leads you to suffer. Through meditating, you train your mind to focus and make you avoid blaming others for what you are currently experiencing. When you meditate, you train your mind to learn the best approaches to tackling everyday challenges.

One of the main reasons people do not realize their life dreams even after putting so much emphasis and time on ensuring such dreams are realized is because they are not patient and compassionate. They will try for some time but if they fail, they will stop pursuing their dreams. Lojong contemplation teaches you to be patient and passionate about everything you do. It trains your mind such that you will not be quick to quit if you try and fail severally. This makes it a wonderful approach for those looking to implement long-term profitable life pursues.
