Counseling can help people from all walks of life and from all ages. It is suitable for someone who is suffering from something minor tor temporary or for someone who is suffering from severe psychological disorders. Often, people become negative or think that this is not something that is going to help them. It is, of course not up to the therapist to provide an instant cure. You have to do the work.

They may not be aware of this, but it can come up during therapy. The therapist will be able to analyse certain aspects about this and often memories will come to the surface at a time like this. One on one counselling can be helpful. But the other partner will need to know how they can support their loved one. Support is very important during this time.
