Demands patterns are not static and can change anytime along the year. Some patterns can be anticipated while others are tricky and unpredictable. For company to be able to predict the unpredictable demand patterns, they need to carry out training and development of their staff. On the other hand, customers are satisfied when the number of organizations producing a similar product increases. The increase in numbers provides customers with freedom of choice and chooses products from institutions, which offer the best quality and prices.

All businesses are frequently faced with changes caused by different parameters such as changes in demand patterns, technology and population. To be able to match these changes, the employees need to stay updated on these changes. Carrying out regular trainings has proven to help organizations match the market dynamics and stay relevant to their customers.

Technological advancements have become the order of the day. Companies that do not match the current technological advancements are most likely to fail. Organizations with good management are always aware of the changing technologies and they carry out regular seminars aimed at equipping the workers updated by modern technology which is a precursor to increased productivity as well as increased chances of customer satisfaction.

Proper enlightening of the employees can offer a solution to such mistakes. It is therefore, a recommendation that workers should be frequently trained to evade such mistakes.

To maintain organization at its top level, trainings should be done to ensure that the employees have the necessary knowledge to keep the organization at the top. It is also through trainings that employers and managers can notice new talents among the employees.

They also gain confidence in whatever activity they are supposed to undertake in their daily schedules. Therefore, frequently trained employees have high productive capacity.

Some organizations carry out training and the development sessions to prepare some of the staff for upcoming promotion. Recruiting new employees is usually costly and time consuming. Further, having internal promotions ensures that secrets of the organization remain within itself. Promoted staffs are an assurance of continuity in production as opposed to new staff that will require training before adapting.

Well trained worker in an organization have the ability to serve customers well thereby increasing customer satisfaction. It is evident that when customers are satisfied, profits made by the organization increase. Training employees can also help recover the lost customers. All managers and business owners are therefore, advised to facilitate regular enlightening of their employees for them to stay competitive in the market.
